My new favorite medium fast food restaurant. This salad is from the new winter menu: Winter Harvest Salad, balsamic Glaze on the side and I forgot I don't like the sweet potatoes because they are spicy (I have a sensitivity to spicy now :( ) I only use the app, so I'm not sure how the dining experience is. The app on the other hand is so easy and visually appealing. It's extremely easy to delete items or add / modify them. When it's time to pickup my order I just go in and most of the time it's ready to grab. The app offers specials that I often order to try something new without feeling like I wasted a bunch of money on something that didn't taste good; and worst is when you're still hungry after. I haven't felt that way yet so I keep going back. I normally get the chocolate brownie / cookie and I love it. The carrot cake was not my favorite replacement and will definitely stick to the delicious cookies from now on ???? The winter salad is my new (old) favorite with a yummy twist addi

I ALWAYS order the Bahn Mi. Always. This is my first time ordering at this location and if this is how they make their sandwiches I won’t be coming back. Who the heck puts this many jalapeños on a sandwich ??? I couldn’t even enjoy it once I bit into it and my mouth is ON fire! This was only on HALF the sandwich, the other half still has MORE. Never have I ever had this issue before. I’m sad. I’m pregnant and was craving this and now I am craving nothing because my mouth is burning so bad from a mouthful of jalapeños.

Service was very slow. I understand that's not typical for this chain, but it was really slow when I visited. Food prepared ok but the meal wasn't great.
