We this place 1st opened, I believed it was 1 of the best spots around - food & service was phenomenal! Last visit, I went for a pickup & spent near 15 min standing there while a few of the employees had a full convo. Not 1 asked if I needed assistance. When I finally approached, the kid hardly acknowledged me. He just shrugged & motioned in the direction of the wall. All the while my orders hidden on a rack w/ others getting cold. SUPER disappointed. These are the things that lose good customers forever.
