I am so grateful! Today Lorenzo made my day just by providing superb over the top MOD customer service ! The ‘crystals’ of the heart always show up at work! The staff was very helpful and friendly, Manager came to table to check on us, (1st time for me at MOD) he was friendly and genuinely concerned about our experience. I think this store is my favorite. See you soon.

I would normally give MOD pizza 5 stars.In this case there is almost zero cheese on it. It may be hard to see but there is literally no cheese nor was there on 97% of the pizza. I’m a regular, so this was very disappointing. Furthermore, I always order a salad for my wife. I specifically wrote “Dressing on the side, utensils, napkins”. They didn’t give us anyt at all. Here’s an update, 4 months later. I’ve had a couple good pizzas but once again the second picture has almost no cheese. I think I’ll just keep adding pictures in hopes that somehow this consistent issue gets fixed. Third update as I do want to show the difference. The third picture is full of cheese and toppings. Consistency would be appreciated as I love the way the third pizza was made.
