Even understaffed this Mod is doing a very good job. Our pizza preparer was extremely kind and very patient. Even though the pizzas we ordered were complicated, he was able to follow along perfectly, plus he made sure to make the gluten free pizza first which is a small detail but it shows proficiency that I really appreciated.
The food was fine and the service was quick, but the restaurant was absolutely filthy. The counter tops were dirty and sticky, the drink station looked like a disaster, and even the food prep station didn't look like it had been cleaned in days. I seriously considered not eating here because of how dirty the restaurant was. I like Mod pizza, but this is my last visit to this location.
Best pizza in the valley, usually a great experience with very good employees. After last night's dinner though I feel uncomfortable. Poor staff was def understaffed and working more than what was possible. There were doordash or whatever orders stacking up inches thick and the kids working looked like they hadn't slept in days. One girl was holding back tears making my pizza. The big guy with the cap (I think boss) wa honestly scaring me and the kids working. He was super agressive and demanding. I know you have to do what you have to do to get through a night but they needed help, honestly should have closed early. I'm worried about this kids
