MOD Pizza

I was impressed the first time I was there about a month ago. Tonight I was very disappointed. First ,I was charged one extra salad and was given a store credit instead of a refund . Second, they gave my son's pizza to someone else, so they had to make another one which took another 15 minutes. (They gave us a store credit for a free pizza to use for our next visit). But when the pizza came it was missing sausage, so it was a vegetarian pizza. At the third attempt they had to make another pizza which took another 15 minutes. When we finally got my son's pizza by that time my pizza was cold. How lucky can you be?

I ordered 2 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts. I advised them they had burnt the crust. Unfortunately, per personnel, crusts is meant to be burned as it will not cook. I have tried other MOD locations and they don't "Burn" the crusts. This is false, as the the other Cauliflower Pizza Crust we ordered wasn't burned. Attached photos will confirm. 1 Burned. 1 Not Burned. All I was requesting was for a non burnt pizza that I paid for and nothing else. Failed in quality and poor customer service.

Probably the third time I come to this location and I still get an uncooked pizza. It’s always the same girl with her bad attitude next to the oven that doesn’t know how to cook them and looks like she doesn’t even want to cook them. If she doesn’t like her job, she should quit. If she can’t do her job correctly, she should be trained or be let go. No one wants an uncooked pizza. She’s not the only one though, even the people making the pizzas also look they don’t want to be there. No greetings and it’s just sloppy the way they make the pizzas. Hire adults that want to work not a bunch of kids. Not coming again.
