We live Mod Pizza, and the bolingbrook location has always had friendly staff! The pizzas are delicious and made quickly, and there's plenty of space to eat!
Good pizza, but mainly impressed with the service on 8/10/22. Three girls who were running the show and would continually help each other out so that everyone was accounted for. Very efficient and clearly workers were very hard working.
We LOVE MOD pizza! Especially since they offer Gluten-free options. We've been to this location several times and our most recent experience, the crust of one of our pizzas was severely burnt around the edges. We asked the manager if we could just be reimbursed for that specific pizza. Not only did he give us a coupon for a free pizza to use on a future date, he insisted on going the extra mile and making a brand new pizza right away as fast as they were able!! We were amazed to receive such sincere, intentional and above and beyond customer service, which is quite a rarity these days. Thank you, MOD and staff. You're the best. Can't wait to come back soon and eat pizza under the twinkle lights. CHEERS!
