MLK (My Little Kitchen) Restaurant

If I could give a NEGATIVE-5 for customer service from the young lady(Crystal I believe) in the front I would. She was rude, unprofessional, and needs to watch how she talk to customers in front of other ppl. I came in at 9:05am & left out at 9:58am. The young lady took our order, while talking to customers, on the phone, and just not attentive as much. So the kitchen apparently made a Mistake which is understandable however, the courteous thing to have done was make us aware of the fact that food was running behind. I walked up to the counter thinking our food was ready several times and even had asked she not once mentioned that a mistake was made and a fried salmon instead of steamed one was bring out. I overheard the older lady who takes the orders as well, mention the mistake which prompted me to ask The young lady, she dismissed it as if that didn’t occur and stated she was waiting for my bf turkey bacon breakfast, which clearly shows that our ticket was neglected. I am here for Jazz In the Gardens and wanted breakfast before the concert. I am so disappointed. 3 people waiting was a sign that we would be in and out. WRONG!! The service was slow. 50 minutes for grilled shrimp, fried fish and liver and onions! The food was okay. The person takong our order was more than rude. However the other order takers were more pleasant. I was sad because the reviews were amazing. Another couple sitting beside us left. I will not return. I left the review in hope that the owner will read it. The business appears to be good. Sad this was my experience!
