We Love Mr. Brisket! The staff is so friendly and out going. We love their specialty sandwiches, and can't wait to have their Brisket, Burnt Ends, Ribs, sides and more at another family gathering. Delicious anyway you slice it, these guys are the real deal when it comes to getting your catering done right!

The quality of the meat is A+ and Hank is the man. My Super Bowl ribs turned out phenomenal and every bone had a lot of meat. I usually go hard when I eat ribs and can do 6 bones+ if I’m hungry…I ate two of these and was full. Support your neighborhood butcher!

One of the only places I know of where you can buy brisket points. Picked up a half dozen last weekend with some American Waygu Ribeyes and a Tri-Tip. Two of the points got smoked and turned into burnt ends and they were absolutely fantastic! The points are untrimmed so there is a lot of waste but they are priced accordingly which is more than fair if you ask me. I smoked the tri-tip last night for dinner and holy delicious it was so incredibly juicy. The photo of it is after 15 minutes resting wrapped in butcher paper. My only regret is that I only purchased one! I havent cooked a ribeye yet but there is no doubt it will be equally delicious, I mean just look at that marbling!
