Ordered via Uber - arroz con mariscos was undercooked and I mean el arroz cruddy barely any mariscos in it. Inka were not cold as if they were seating room temperature. Ceviche was lacking juice. I love peruvian food but this experience was very disappointing. I will stick to ceviche911 for now.
Authentic delicious food.
I’m Peruvian and I like to go to this food truck at least once a week. They have good prices and excellent food. The best dishes are Anticuchos and Lomo Saltado ????
