Food was horrible. I ordered chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and shrimp and broccoli with shrimp fried rice. The shrimp was not deveined and still had poo in it, not to mention the rice was mushy. It was not fried rice at all. The chicken wings were like trying to chew fried rubber. The broccoli in the shrimp and broccoli was hard and uneatable. The restaurant did make it right by issuing a refund. Customer service was great I will say but food was literally uneatable.

I will say I known them for years , they're nice ppl but the last time I ordered a few years ago because of the mess up on the food with hard chicken or when it's delivered it's cold. So I stopped ordering. My son really really wanted Chinese food so I ordered. BIG mistake! They said 30 min for delivery (I love close) it was an hr and 20 min they got here , not only with cold food but spicey food when I ordered orange chicken. Then I called back and she kept asking if I like it spicy or not. Orange chicken isn't spicy . So she said she will put the money back on my card because waiting that long for cold food and wrong order. So the guy comes back and asked for the food which she didn't mention or else it would have been ready to be picked up. So he said he couldn't give the $ without the food but said next time it will be quicker. I didn't care about the time but u brought COLD food and the wrong food. Never again will I order from them.

Rice was spoiled, lack any flavor, portion more rice then item purchased in combo, egg roll very small, chicken dry, sauce was not real general saso sauce.
