When you visit MingHin Cuisine, don't miss out on their signature Peking Duck, which is crispy, succulent, and served with fluffy buns. Their xiao long bao, delicate soup dumplings filled with a delectable mixture of pork and broth, are a must-try. Consider trying the mouthwatering and beautifully presented shaking beef, as well as the spicy Szechuan Pepper Chicken which offers a wonderful heat. A visit wouldn't be complete without giving dim sum a try, particularly the shrimp dumplings and BBQ pork buns. The lobster with ginger and scallions, is also a knockout dish.

This restaurant does so many things right but it is so expensive, I unfortunately would not return. I just feel like you get nickel and dimed when you order. You'll end up ordering a bunch of small dishes, the food will come super fast, but it all totals up to a ridiculous price tag in the end. It doesn't seem like you get a lot of food for how much you spend. If you look at the photo I attached to my review, the total was $120... Not including a tip. This barely fed 3 people too. Is it good - yes Is it worth it - no That essentially makes this place a one and done restaurant in my opinion.
Dim sum was good so we returned for dinner last night. We ordered stir fried fish and pepper shrimps. The sauce was very thick/heavy and very salty on the fish. And the shrimps were not fresh at all. We were very disappointed. We will stick with dim sum from now on.
The best Chinese food I have ever had. Please open a location in Tampa FL. So great I ate here twice while on vacation. The shrimp spring rolls were 10/10. Tea comes with sugar cubes. Dumplings were 10/10. Shrimp fried rice. Salt and pepper shrimp. Huge portions.
