Minero Mexican Grill & Cantina

I love ceviche and I ordered it. It was $ 18 and an appetizer to share. It's on the web as fish and shrimp. They had no shrimp but did not decrease the price and the serving size was very small. Served in a dish and was about 6" in circumference. The pork tacos were very good and the drinks were good. They don't take reservations so we had an hour and 15 minute wait for a table. Reservations would eliminate this. While waiting I got in line for a drink, 15 minutes in line at the bar. All employees were excellent and pleasant.

Food is very good, service great, outside deck space is wonderful. But seasoning of some dishes too similar. Ceviche is also very good, but seasoning obscures the taste of the seafood (it's not Peru, I know). Finally, no non-alcoholic beer. So many local restaurants don't bother, but this is not the case elsewhere. No real business reason not to have this in stock, growing market with great labels.

Fantastic!! Highly recommend anything here. The nachos were so good and the burrito bowl was likely the best I've had.
