Avoid this location. Workers do not care you're waiting. The workers cannot do 2 things at once... Like making 2 tacos at the same time. Your time is too important to waste here. Also seems the owner only comments on good reviews. How does that help?
Sat in drive-thru line last weekend for over 30 minutes before giving up. Several cars in front of me also gave up. Would have left sooner, but no way to get out of line until reaching area where orders are taken. If you can't staff, then maybe close down. This is not new. Problem has been around for several years, and is getting worse, not better. Funny how there are no neighboring business who have staffing issues that cause similar poor service issues.
I keep seeing the owner comment about a labor shortage but I'm confused how this is the only mighty taco in the area that has this wait time issue. You are better off going to another location. It doesn't matter what time it is, how busy it is, how many items you get, or if you go inside or drive thru...you will be waiting a minimum of 25 min for your order. Every time I go inside the workers are working and not just standing around, this is just honestly the slowest fast food restaurant EVER
