Better Italian beef and better prices than the big overpriced competitor down the way. Great fries and the rib tips were yummmmy! This is now in our fast food roto. Excellent!
Great food and reasonable price. Portions big enough to allow enough for two meals. Exceptional service by every employee. Definitely worth a visit. Menu has many good options with something for everyone. I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Good access and handicap parking.
Girlfriend ordered an Italian beef sandwich. Started eating & she said it had somewhat of a weird taste. She kept eating to see if maybe it would go away but it didn’t. At this point she’d had maybe half of it. I tried bringing it to the counter to say something & 2 separate people both didn’t want to do anything about it because “you ate half of it.” I understand that half of it was eaten, but they could’ve at least done SOMETHING about the situation. They offered us nothing; no refund, no other food, not even to make a new sandwich. We enjoy the food here but the customer service for this situation was terrible. She even went up to the counter when we were leaving to order a milkshake hoping that maybe they wouldn’t charge her for it to make things right, but no.
