Miami Grill

Seriously delicious, whoever was working 5/4/22 deserves a raise. This is the first time visiting the location. Service was friendly at the speaker and spent less than a minute at the drive thru window. The bag was sealed so it also kept the food hot, and the offer orders through Postmates. The Philly is always a great choice, but gyros are also a must.

I frequented this Hallendale Store quite often until yesterday. This store, like others makes occasional mistakes. My last experience was in the drive thru. They handed me my order and I drove home, only to find out that half of my order was missing. I decided to call the store to explain what had happened. I spoke to Montrel ( Great Guy) Shift Leader. He was very apologetic and he advised me to come another time and he would remake the order. I went back a few days later and he was getting my order ready. Via telephone, the Store Manager (James) was rude and very unprofessional stating the he would only extend a 15% discount. I advised him what I was told and he said he would not “ take the hit”. I paid for my food and did not take 15% off because it was rediculous. I will never go back again. James is definitely in over his head. Customer Service failure for sure. Way to turn business away guys. Leaving your livelihood in the hands of James is a huge mistake. Good luck

I moved away from Florida a few years ago and always stop by Miami Grill to get my fix when I’m in town. On this trip, I had a super disappointing experience at the location in Pines and my friend told me to go to this location because it was the best in south Florida. I thought she was exaggerating until I went. It looked sketchy outside but was very surprised when I walked in to a super clean and VERY nice staff. The food was AMAZING. It’s like they put extra of whatever makes the food at Miami Grill so good. Go here!!
