Foods was great.Service was good. They bring your foods to you. But the soda machine is broken today.???????? So refills with no ice.
Apparently is a trend with Miami grill that no matter which location I go to, I always have to wait a really long time for my food to be given to me at the drive thru. Zero customers on the drive thru and I still had to wait 15 minutes by the front door. Makes no sense. There’s a reason why there were 15 cars at pollo tropical drive thru across and zero at your drive thru I should have known.
The food was delicious and the interior has changed from what it used to be. Very comfortable and peaceful ✌️. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. It's one of those hidden secrets that surprises you when you walk in.
