I ordered an oxtail plate, they were tender which is a plus but the flavor taste scorched. I can’t eat can yams at all I can taste the difference! The cabbage was good at least.
For starters I was told that I would be getting a 7 piece jerk chicken with 1 side for $15. Not the case. The guys serving me my meal was only giving 4 with 1 side. A farcry from 7. He tried to make it up by giving me 1 more piece bringing the total to 5. I was taken back by the fact it was $15 for 7 pieces in the first place but I digress. He ended up giving me 6 pieces breaded splashed with a bit of this sauce that didn't really taste like jerk at all. Wasn't at all what I had expected for my money and wasn't offered a refund at all. Ultimately in hindsight I would have relished because it wasn't all that great, not to mention the beans tasted bland and charred. Not a very good experience.
I got the oxtail plate Presentation was nice Oxtail sauce was salty The cabbage was nasty. They juice is good
