Mexico City Cafe

Nice find. Small cafe with friendly service and tasty veggie tacos - done right - on a corn tortilla. Loads of interior seating plus several tables outside underneath trees. Comfort food done right with the right attitude. Plus, Mexican coke and soda's.

Stopped in for lunch and was blown away.. I ordered the street taco platter the tacos rice and beans were amazing. The guacamole was great so fresh. Great service. Just down right great authentic food. I'll be coming back

First time checking this place out, ordered to go, and we will not return. They overcharge you for getting steak and the steak seems to be old and burnt, see pictures. Didn't even try it, everything was cold!! The rice was tasteless and mushy. Beans were cold and not good. I payed almost 30$ including tip for this taco plate and 2 extra tacos with a coke and everything went to the garbage, I felt terrible but we just couldn't eat it. Receipt below. *update* Owner responded to defend. How would me reaching out fix the taste of the food? Why not refund me my money back. I would be more than happy then to give you a call. This review has nothing to do with the price of food, but everything to do with the quality of the food. Go to La Bodega taco instead.
