My family and I visited this restaurant a couple of months ago. I have had Ethiopian food before, but it was my family’s first time. Everyone absolutely loved it! The food was great and the decor was lovely. It was so good that my dad called me a couple of weeks later asking me what dish he ordered because he wanted to order online for takeout. This place is great!
My first time eating Ethiopian. Such a great meal. Thank you Meskerem for the delicious food! I would suggest you check this place out when your in St Louis!
So very good. My daughter and I are adventurous eaters. I gotta say though, I was excited about having this experience but I was worried I wouldn't care for the food. I shouldn't have worried. First, we had the beef Sambosa for an appetizer. Best Sambosas ever. Top 10 best of anything I've eaten, ever. They were that good. We got the combination plate for two. The Tibs wat (the beef dish) was too spicy for us. The Doro wat (the chicken dish) was spicy, but we were able to eat it, and the flavor was good. The two lentil dishes, shocker of all shockers, were delicious. Lentils, people, lentils! We went on a Friday and I wanted to go back on Sunday before we left town. Suffice it to say, recommend the place. Yes, you eat using a bread type substance and your fingers, no silverware. We also feed each other a bite of food, an Ethiopian tradition to show your love for one another. Vegetarian options: Not only vegetarian options, delicious vegetarian options
