Some of the best BBQ I've ever had. On par with Joe's and Jack Stack (KC). This is Texas style (so you don't need sauce) and VERY good. My son is still talking about the turkey. Be sure to get there early enough for the brisket. Pork Verde was great. Recommended dishes Brisket Plate … More
I was disappointed. Food : brisket sandwich, tender but needed lots of sauce. They didn't have any I liked. I like tangy but theirs had vinegar. No thanks. I tried their "sweet" which it wasn't. 2 stars. Coleslaw was spicy which I didn't like, I'm not sure why you would do that. Plus, it was a teaspoon worth. 1 star. Pit beans weren't tasty, I have no idea what they did to it. 1 star. Service : fast and friendly. 5 stars. Atmosphere : very nice interior and seating area. 5 stars. Hard to find parking. 1 star. Parking: Hard to find.
Great Texas style BBQ. My wife and I shared brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and pulled pork. All the meats were awesome. They had sweet and a vinegary red sauces. i liked them both. I didn’t care for the mustard sauce. Overall great food, nice bar. easy parking in city lot across the alley from rear entrance
