Mellow Mushroom Jacksonville Beach

The food is insanely good. One of the few places I can order chicken in my food without it being fatty or undercooked. The food also tastes very fresh. Also no stomach issues. I've been to dozens of Italian restaurants and usually it's very greasy. This place has been consistently great. Been to multiple locations and they are all good. Only complaint is the lack of reservations. I don't need to call in for like 4 people but I feel bad if I can't set up for like 20 people. It makes the experience way slower. And it's immediately obvious how much stress is dropped on the wait staff.for family treats go for it. If you have a party Mabey skip this place. Even though it's absolutely worth the wait.

The dining room layout leads to a loud atmosphere, but the food is great and the service we received was excellent. A new team member was being trained, and the pair together did a great job -- they were attentive and friendly throughout the evening. I've been here 8-10 times over the last few years and the experience has seemed consistent over that time. Great location just a few blocks from the ocean, walking distance from several hotels.

Today I went with my husband for dinner, it was our second time there. The food was great, we enjoyed our pizza. But the service , was amazing! We were very very pleased with everyone included the front door person.They were attentive and very courteous.Our sever kept our drinks filled all the time, and she checked on us continuously but without disturbing us. Really an outstanding smooth service. ????
