We have been ordering from this place since we bought our house in 2015. I was always great, until as of late the last time we ordered they forgot one of the appetizers. We thought no big deal as never had an issue. We ordered again today and had the same issue. They forgot our crab ragoons. The driver advised us to call and that he would go pick them up and bring them right over. We called the restaurant and was told absolutely NOT. It would take at least another hour as they have other orders. We asked them to refund it and were told they can't. Best thing they can do is a future credit. Not sure if they changed ownership, but this is no way to operate. We will now be looking for a new Chinese restaurant and recommend you take you business elsewhere as well. Be warned!
No place Is perfect everytime you order but with that being said... this is definitely one of the most consistent takeout spots in Miami especially for great Chinese food! Food quality and customer service are great there too so the few bad comments I read are clearly people with a personal problem...
We ordered lo mein, fan tail shrimp and fried rice. Fresh and delicious! Definitely ordering from here again.
