Meijo Sushi

Love this place, I haven’t found anything to complaint about , ramen is delicious, hand rolls and sushi. Staff are welcoming

I have given Meijo five stars in the past but I will have to take one star away. On several occasions in recent months I had the misfortune of being denied service because they were closing soon. Mind you that "soon" was as much as 45 minutes before closing. Considering how fast their service is, I would have ordered, been served and finished on time to be out of there before closing. Very disappointing.

Hit or Miss. If you want your order done up right, sit down in the restaurant and eat there. DO NOT order takeout. I've done that 5 times in the last 5 years and the orders were wrong, weak, and sometimes not the amount you would get if you were right there in the restaurant. I previously gave them 1 star from a few years ago, but this year I've had good experiences the 3 times I went in and actually ate at a table near the sushi chefs! That roll at the bottom is the Protein Roll. Don't know if it's on the menu, I just asked for it on recommendation and it was AWESOME. No rice = LOW CARB!
