My son Desmond and I visited this McDonalds today. The service was excellent. Order was correct the first time and the food was fresh. Great job guys! ????
Crispy chicken wasn’t crisp. Maybe was sitting for a while. Fries we’re not hot and not salted enough and not properly packed in the sleeve and not crispy. Disappointing for sure.
I tell you what, there is NOTHING more worst than having to wait in a long axx drive thru line to place your order then paying then getting your food doing a quick check make sure all is there pulling out and away to reach in your bag for some fries and discovering they are COLD af not only that but the burger was also cold the soda was actually okay but omg the disappointment and frustration paying for something that doesn’t meet your desire to eat is very upsetting. It should be illegal for McDonald’s to serve COLD and OLD fries to their customers. Y’all need to get it together at this location. It’s way to often.
