Order taker had no warm greeting to anyone like she doesn't like her job. Had to pull forward wait for order. Then she stood at rail and expected me to get out of my vehicle and meet her. Then order was not all there and wrong thing. Fook was cold and buns where stale. When I told her I was calling number I saw posting she got cranky with me . I'm done with this location . McDonald's has declined really bad !!!
Was asked to wait only to not be able to receive what I was requesting. Stating that she was not a manager and that it wasn't her fault she couldn't ring it up. Worker stated she was having a bad day and was stressed out. Please get better customer service training. She has a significant attitude that was not necessary.
Cold fries. Fish sandwich was hard, cold, and sloppy (tartar sauce was in box, NOT on sandwich). Qtr pounder had hard bread. After waiting in the line for 20 mins, our food should be fresh & hot. Truly disappointing.
