They’re obviously not short on staff however they take atleast 10 minutes, with no one else in line to take an order then once they too it takes them more than 20 minutes to bring the order out, again, with no one else waiting. This place is getting ridiculous. Customer service here is terrible.
For the most part this McDonald's location does well when fulfilling your drive thru orders as compared to other locations in the area. Kid-friendliness: The chicken nuggets and the kid's hamburgers meals are top notch to please any kid.
A key to successful restaurant is customer service and don't make customer wait for item or simple question 20 + in the front counter waiting u see a person standing there don't ignore them lol McDonald's has lost its true American way of "customer service "
