McDonald's

This is the only McDonald's around that you actually get hot food! I guess the others sacrifice hot for fast, but I'd rather wait another 30-40 seconds and get hot food. I didn't wait any longer than normal here, and I received hot food! As an aside, I hate the new onion buns for the burgers!!

I was waiting at the drive thru to order. I was waiting at the intercom to order for 5 to 10 minutes. I got fed up watching people who came after order before me at the other intercom so I went up to register to order there. He said I have to go around and wait again at the line. What? I said the people in front of me here came after me and he said no, they came before you. How does that make any sense, look at the cameras and you'll see me there before the others. When I got my food there were 5 pieces of fries only in a medium fry order.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the McDonald's in Wheeling, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. I am compelled to leave this one-star review to warn others about the abysmal service and overall incompetence of this establishment. First and foremost, the drive-through at this McDonald's is painfully slow. It seems like they have no sense of urgency or understanding that customers have places to be. I found myself waiting for what felt like an eternity, only to receive my order with disappointment. Not only was the service slow, but the employees were incredibly rude. It's as if they were doing me a favor by taking my order. Their lack of basic customer service skills was evident in their dismissive attitudes and lack of professionalism. It's disheartening to be treated so poorly when all I wanted was a simple meal. To make matters worse, they consistently got my food items wrong.
