Wish I could give ZERO stars, the reviews allow only 1 to 5 stars. Employees at this store are incompetent. They make orders incorrectly on a routine basis. This can be a custom item or a regular item on the menu, the employees routinely make orders incorrectly. The management is beyond rude, if you call to make them aware of a mistake, they are rude, many times refuse to acknowledge the mistake, and then after you explain the mistake a few times, they will begrudgingly say they will "put your name in a book to replace items next time you come in" or you can "come back and we will re make your order. Two problems, 1 - do you trust these rude employees to remake your order? 2 - gas is expensive, why should I have to make 2 trips to get my order right that McDonald's could not get correct. I have spoken to the franchise owner's office a handful of times, they only want to send out vouchers so you can go back to the restaurant. Spend your money somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would. You ask for plain thinking in some way you are helping them by making their job easier and they still manage to do it wrong. They take forever even with no lines. And if they do serve you fast make sure to look inside your bag because 99.9% of the time you're gonna be missing an item. These are Honestly the nicest things I can say about this location. To the owner if you ever go through reviews. Put up a self serve section. I would gladly make my own meal and you can save on labor. Also if you do go to Corporate with this idea and they like it. I would like 10% of the profits. Thanks.

You know I don't come here as much as I used to :( probably because of just timing and I been trying to eat at home more :) but when I do stop here my food is always fresh and my order comes out pretty quick. :)
