McDonald's

Waited 30 minutes for cold mobile order then I couldn't a refund what a waste. Don't go there they will duck up your order and then tell you that you can't get a refund. That's what 15 dollars an hour employee gets you shotty service and ahitty food

Received my Bacon Quarter pounder with no bacon, sloppy, cold half filled fries, ordered extra fries in the happy meals received apple slices instead (paid extra for extra fries) food was cold.

I haven't been to McDonald's in a while. I definitely won't go back. We ordered at the kiosk. There was no one at the front counter so we had to. There were sanitizer dispensers at the kiosk, they were empty. The kiosk has us enter a number with a table card so that our would be brought to us. I had no idea McDonald's did this now. We sat and waited. Several minutes later an employee shouts across the restaurant " hey, did you order 2 McChickens?" We replied, yes. She said here it is and left the bag on the counter. We picked up our food and asked for our drinks. She gave us 2 cups with 2 lids that didn't fit. We went to fill out drinks. There were hand sanitizer dispensers there. We went to use them and they were also empty. We went to the restroom to wash out hands but, there was no soap. So we ate our dry McChickens with our dirty hands and went on with our day. I guess this is the new McDonald's.
