This one is better than the 8 mile mound store. I drive to the 9 and van dyke one, they're on point at that one. The staff here have no sense of urgency and yes - this time and Era of people they're glued to their phones even while working and touching food. Humanity is going down. ????
Service here sucks, go down the road instead 9/30 experience, waited 15 minutes for my curbside order... 2 mcchicken and ice water, very complicated, I know... so I called to check on it and before I could even get my sentence out, she told me it'll be out soon and there's 6 people working then hung up. I was just going to ask if my order even went through... so rude ... so unnecessary ????
