McDonald's

Went through the drive-through ordered 5 cheeseburgers. Got my burgers out the window went down the road grabbed the first one and took a bite there was no meat patty grabbed another one no meat patty had to go back to McDonald’s asked to see the manager explain to her that I ordered cheeseburgers and didn’t get a meat patty on them and she was rude snotty and said fine go to the next window I’ll get you more never even apologized. Not going back there anymore done with that place has been going downhill for months now.

Last night my mom ordered food from here for me and my siblings through the mobile app. Upon arriving with my older brother and stepdad they had all the lights off, windows locked, doors locked, we went through the drive thru and 4-5 employees ignored us and kept walking away. One lady even shook her head at us when we knocked at the window, there was another car even waiting in the parking lot with their lights on too. Upon reading other reviews it’s typical of them to lock up whenever they feel like it, lock the doors all the time and close when they get online orders. Open 24/7. Sure okay. We took our business to McDonald’s on Leonard street, so friendly and sweet, they even had a whole line there. We are never going back to the Lake Michigan one.

Pulled around to the first window, no one there. Pull up to the second window, they start handing us our food. We explain that we haven’t paid yet. Confused, they tell us we are supposed to stop at the first window and wait - it “doesn’t matter” if no one is there. After handing us our food, they chastise us again and reiterate that next time we drive-through, we must stop at the first window. Bad business.
