Worst service I've ever had. Where do I begin lol well this time I got a Carmel iced coffee well its got no Carmel to start off not one bit then second drive thru lady couldn't even be bothered to say a word just flings her arm out window with my drink and doesn't even respond when I say have a nice day if you want good service AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER

Five stars for the food quality and the fact that I’ve never encountered a dirty table in this place. 1 star on service though; Dine in wait times can exceed twenty minutes in an otherwise empty building, and you will almost definitely have to order through the kiosk. They don’t seem to staff the front counter during non-rush times.

Horrible service. Order during peak hours which I hoped would guarantee fresh food. However, my food was hard as a rock and inedible. I actually paid an up charge for double the meat and couldn’t eat anything. When I call to express my concern and request a refund, I was hung up on 3x. The 3rd time was by a manager. I don’t know who the owner of this business is but they need to clean house. There is too many options for fast food to give my money to a business that can’t even provide fresh food during peak hours. Plus, treats their customer horrible after being advised of an issue. This is a simple fix, why make things worst by being unprofessional and rude. Very disappointing! I’m done with this location. They can keep their bad service and bad food. They may as well stole money from my handbag it would of been more honest.
