Fresh fries ???? and hot food my order was correct the line in the drive thru was long and it took a lil while to get our order but I left happy because my order was fresh and they got my entire order correct... Both McRibs were cold, sloppy, too much sauce all over the box and bag. It's all in the presentation when you open the box... Take the time to have pride in making the sandwiches, abd ensuring the heat temperatures are where they should be to receive them warm instead of cold. Ate our sandwiches in the parking lot. They should have still been warm.
Careful using the no contact ordering. Seems like you wait far longer than those in line. It's happened the past few times. You drive right past those in line that haven't ordered, yet they get their food before you. I ordered one hamburger today and they managed to bring the wrong one out. Poor lady next to me with a kid was waiting longer. We both ended up going inside anyway. I'm talking almost 30 minutes for me.
