I always feel put out here. You HAVE to order through a kiosk or via mobile order so no one greets you or acknowledges you at any point. If you plan to pay with cash, it's a whole other ordeal. 3 areas at the counter look like you may get service, 2 with registers, both with signs basically saying you won't be getting help there; one says CLOSED while the other says something about using the kiosk or mobile app. The 3rd is a pick up area for mobile and doordash orders. When a worker FINALLY speaks to you and you can get service, they have always been pleasant (I always get an older lady) and pretty quick with my order. -Also an always correct order fulfillment, btw... The lot is usually decently clean, but there IS always trash somewhere on the grounds. I guess overall, I'd rate it higher for what it is-fast food if there were a welcoming atmosphere when old school people like me choose to- Dare I say- WALK into a McDonald's and try to order food then pay with CASH...

Is this fit for human consumption? McDonald’s, you can do better.
