McDonald's

Note: The wait time for your order was extremely slow. However, there was a young African American man working the register who was keeping thing flowing. He was talking to co-workers and manger in English and Spanish to get orders out to correct customers. At same time he worked the register, handled customer complaints satisfactory, made sure lobby area was clean and safe, and was training another employee on the register. He is a hero. He save a lot of people's day on Saturday October 7, 2023. He said he had won employee of the month once. He needs to win employee of the year and be made a manager.

This location is horrible. Cars are always backed up around the building. Intercom never working. Lights out in the big "golden arches" sign. Flat/poorly mixed soda. Food tastes like it's been sitting there for a while... it's just silly. Go to BK across the street. I'm done with this McDonald's.

1st and last time coming to this McDonald's. The woman at the 1st window had an attitude, but she's there to take orders not be friendly so I brushed it off. I ordered the Cactus Plant Flea Market box. Obviously I ordered this box because I wanted the special content, if I didn't I would've ordered a kids meal or a 10 piece. I open the box and my fry carton is half filled and there's a child's toy, not the limited edition toy associated with the box. If they were out they could've stated that before handing me my order & I would've canceled it. If I wasn't in a rush I would've checked my box before leaving or went back through the drive through. My mistake for expecting people to do their job.
