This is the worst McDonalds in the Metro. The staff is slow and indifferent to what's causing holdups in the line. I used to visit late night after work. But after being stuck in line blocked forward and back for 45 minutes and no McD staff help since I had already ordered. At the window they said you should have known it was gonna be a long time. It wasn't like they were busy, we were stopped by a big order. I gave 2 stars for their healthy kids meal alternatives and they let you buy hamburger patties for .50/each. Kid-friendliness: The apples and veggie slices instead of fries is cool. Prizes are sometimes strange. Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, entrance, bathroom all ADA compliant for wheelchairs. Dietary restrictions: You can ask for No Salt including Fries. Lots of options instead of fried foods ie: sub crispy chicken with grilled.

Short staffed ! Employee sleeping in a booth wakes up and walks into the food making area comes outside to vape then goes back in and begins to help out ! Waited for such a long time to order food because the kiosk weren’t working anyways just felt like I deserve better service and sanitary conditions when paying for my food , very gross to step over garbage spilling out 2 garbage cans at front door

The service is bad, car lime very slow. We wait for 30 minutes on the car line. Once I ordered my food the cashier didn't turn on the microphone, he wanted me to get back in line with my car. He called his supervisor and she has to asked him to take my order. The cashier didn't understand what I ordered and charged me for things I didn't. Once I pick up my drinks, they gave me the wrong beverage. The man preparing the orders to go had an attitude too. He wants me to make a line again aftwards his coworker didn't take the order properly. Once I got upset about so many mistakes and stupidity by trying to make clients to go around the line again, the employee got upset at me for no accepting their terms. Is a fast food establishment no a restaurant where clients got it wait more than 30 minutes on the line.
