McDonald's

This is such a good mcdonalds. people need to understand that sometimes they’re busy, under staffed, etc… some people also need to understand that the workers are also people and just because they work there doesn’t mean us costumers have to be rude to them be understandable.

The worst service ever. I waited over 45 minutes at the drive through. I got on to lane one and was skipped twice by the kid taking the order. When I got to be the window I asked him why they were so slow and he said they were shorthanded. (So much for fast food! ) I told him it did not justify him skipping me twice and he did apologize but I don't think he really cared. When I got to the pick up window, there was a lady just standing there having a drink and running her hands on her hair pulling hairs off. Horrible service. I will not go there again.

This McDonalds is very good, seems well run. But! I’m gonna be a total Karen right now. Got off work at 11pm, they close at midnight. Went to go get a shake using my McDonalds app deal ‘Buy one shake get one free,’ the nice woman manning the PA Told me she couldn’t do shakes or McFlurrys. Let’s be honest here, they didn’t want to make me one because they probably already cleaned it in anticipation of being closed. I get it. BUT! I had already activated my deal on the app, so I couldn’t activate a different deal ($6 Combo meal as opposed to $11 regular price.) The app makes you wait 15 minutes until you can activate a different deal. I was just so upset, I had just gotten off a double shift, and I was getting a shake for my mother who lives with me because I support her. Ugh! I almost asked ‘Can I speak with your manager!?!’ Like a complete man Karen douche, but I didn’t go there. Maybe the staff should wait until the last minute to clean the desert machines so people like me who slave
