This location is always the worst, they make the Uber drivers wait at the front door with the homeless asking for money and getting violent when you say no. I made a mobile order for two quarter pounders with cheese. When I arrived to the drive through because curbside wasn’t available I sat there for 10 mins after being told to wait a minute. Another car drove up and asked me if they were open and I told him they tolr me to wait. They immediately took his order. So I followed him around and let the girl know at the window I had been waiting and that I was just picking up a mobile order through the app. I was told to wait at the third window which is just the front door when if curbside was available I could’ve just parked there in the first place. I asked to wait at the window because I knew they’d have me waiting forever when they had a gentleman come and threaten me and said if I didn’t go to the window I’d have to request my refund online. I waited 15 mins for two quarter pounders

I usually enjoy coming to this McDonald’s because the food, for the most part, is fresh. However, the last few weeks every single time there has been an issue, either the ice cream machine is “down”, they are out of Coca Cola, & my favorite lately, if you want a midnight snack definitely skip this location. You will sit at the drive thru until you eventually pull up to the window because although it is a 24 hr location, they don’t wear headsets so they don’t take your order. Save your time, coins, and avoid the inconvenience!

Once my order was corrected it was good, although I came inside to get my drive thru mobile order fixed and was left standing with my incorrect sandwich at the counter for a couple minutes. Looked at and walked past a couple times. Then I heard some foul language coming from the kitchen. It took another 3 minutes to get my corrected sandwich once it was taken back to be remade. Then as it was handed back to the manager to give me the crew member said, "should have ordered a double hamburger instead of a double cheeseburger without cheese!".... well I'm sorry but that wasn't available with the deal of the day on the mobile app.
