McDonald's

It’s quite simply the worst McDonalds on Earth. If I don’t have to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes, or the dining room isn’t closed because of staffing, my order is screwed up. I returned several months later. When I bit into my Quarter Pounder w Cheese, I wondered why I tasted something crunchy and burnt. See below…..they decided to torch my bottom bun. Pitiful.

Really poor quality today. Usually they do a better job. 1. Got drinks wrong, 2. Didn’t receive full order, 3. Breakfast burritos were made so inconsistently. One was all cheese, the other all toppings and completely dry.

I placed my order in the app online & than drove up to the menu. I was the only car in either line so I was surprised when I was told he would be with me in a second. It took him probably about 60 seconds to return to the speaker. It was a hot summer day & i was extremely parched so to me it felt like an hour. I gave him my coupon code for my mobile order then drove around to the first window. Nothing exciting there. After paying I proceeded to the second window to wait for my order. There I was greeted with a huge smile, a very cold Coca-Cola & a hot, fresh, large french fry. He even asked me how my day was and oddly enough he seemed to genuinely care. It was very refreshing how super nice he was and I could tell he really cared about his job & his customers satisfaction. He had such a wonderfully, happy, enthusiasm about him that was undeniably infectious. We need more people like him not just in the food industry but in the entire world. It would undoubtedly be a much happier place
