Waited in line to wait some more when all other orders were taken and served then 25 min finally I ordered small easy order.. and now still here after 40 min * update * So after 45 min and the large order that was after mine was served and they had 3 x 6 piece nuggets and fries while mine was on 4 pieces and fries.. I still waited another 8 min for mine and even had the same Uber driver come back for his second order delivery since I was there. He looked at me and in disbelief asked.. you are still here?? I waited a total of 49 min from entering to leaving, for a 4 piece nuggets, med fries and 2 iced coffees. How do they determine priority service? Mobile, online and drive thru were priority for the entire time and I couldn't even order on the kiosk as they were out of service and had to wait 25 min for someone to come to the front and take my order knowing I didn't order yet or simply ignoring me or being ignorant... either way.. management needs to address this and allocate staff res

Wow, this place has definitely changed!! It used to have horrible service. Today was like a breath of fresh air, polite cashier, QUICK service. Thank you. Kerp up the good work.

This McDonald's is a not well run. If I get it delivered to my home (the apps all have this restaurant as the default because of its proximity to my home), the order is usually wrong or incomplete. So, I gave up on that. This past weekend, my kids were asking for a "treat" and wanted McDonald's. I decided to go myself and order at their drive through. It was almost a 25 minute process to get my order and be on my way back home. I don't understand how it can take this McDonald's that long to process a FAST FOOD order. Two stars because, at least they got the order correct this time.
