McDonald's

I understand being short staffed, but on the off chance this McDonald’s is actually open in the evenings, the food is always cold and orders are messed up. They were “out” of quarter pounders, fries were cold and hard, and no onions on the McDoubles. I know I shouldn’t expect much from them being McDonald’s and all, but come on. Get it together.

Went to get a medium Carmel Mocha coffee this morning in which I always use my mobile app for the “any size premium roast or ice coffee” .99 coupon.. the yt guy w/ long hair at the window told me he cant apply it because it’s not a coffee. I said it’s a hot caramel mocha premium roast coffee, is it not? He closed the window & didn’t say anything back… I also just used this coupon to order the same thing at the McDonald’s in Cuyahoga falls. Never coming to this one again.

They did a great job today! They only had two employees working and they still had a positive attitude and made the experience pleasant. I use to work for McDonald’s and I know how frustrating it is to be understaffed. Hope they hire more people for you guys!
