Not only that I weigh over 20 minutes for cold food I had to walk back in from curveside pick up and tell them to make my food cause it was super cold. They already looked super annoyed to be working last night but it honestly didn’t even end there. I passed the whole night in excruciating pain from the bad quality food they served us. I don’t know what type of toxins, expired food, or just poorly cooked it was but unfortunately I suffered and now I am needing medicine and having to stay in bed due to the bad food poisoning I got
This drive-thru never fails to disappoint! Each time I order a double quarter pounder w/cheese only I am required to pull-up to an unattended window. This is where the waiting begins! This IS NOT a special order, it's a quarter pounder with cheese ONLY! This past week was the decision maker for me, when not only did I have to wait, I waited beyond 12 minutes, only to park my car, go inside and ask why? The manager asked the teen on the line where's the burger, to which he replied, "Oh, I was waiting on so & so, to come back." I'm like WHAT??? So, I've now waited another 5 minutes inside the lobby! Did the manager offer a freebie for our now 17 minute wait? NO! An apology? NO! We aren't that far from Wendy's, and will make the switch immediately.
