McDonald's

Where to start. The app is useless and always has been in my area and specifically at this store. I ordered, received confirmation, drove there and told them I was waiting on the app. 15 minutes goes by and I have to enter the building and more issues arise. I'm not greeted for 5 minutes as there is no customer service any longer. When I am greeted I'm asked to wait as they load something. Another 5 minutes they ask again if I've been helped (mind you this is the same person I've been standing in front of for 5 minutes). I say no and tell them I've been waiting for an order for 20 minutes. She looks at the phone and walks away and asks them to fill it. No sorry about that or any acknowledgement of the issue. Places my food on the counter and walks away. I would only use the drive thru if I were anyone. McDonald's only focuses on that and so the employees follow the command. This specific location is in need of real leadership, but lets face it, the owner knows that.

Very nice, cool ac, and public bathrooms. Not too pricy and service was fast and professional. (Yes they have options for kids too)
