It doesn't matter if you use the app or order at the drive-thru most of these McDonald's that I've been to recently if you customize anything they're going to screw it up. In my case they forgot my child's french fries.

I ordered a cookie tote that was fresh and they brought that out but I also ordered a fish filet meal . The sandwich was dried out it was terrible I can't believe you would make me wait for fresh cookies but wouldn't cook my sandwich fresh. I tried calling no answer. I understand that there is a worker shortage but I'm not coming back because of this . I'm one less you have to serve. SMH

This is the worst McDonald’s in the world! The night shift is slow and very unprofessional; they seem to always have issues with the drive thru speakers and the just let people wait in line forever without letting the people know anything! This is the second time that I have stopped there in the evening on my way home only to sit in line and then finally get to the window and they tell me that they are closed with a drive-thru of about 30 vehicles. Wow, they don’t even have the decency to turn off the lights or the their crusty arches; to let people know that they are closed. They need an entirely new night shift!
