It says they close at 1am, I show up at 11:30 and no one’s there. Close the drive thru or leave notice or something, it’s ridiculously annoying to not hold the hours you’re supposed to.

Service inside was excellent! The two women staff members did a good job of welcoming us to their restaurant, and were efficient with our order. A star was deducted because the franchisee needs to redo the bathroom. It wasn't unusually dirty, but very worn out. Not a fan of poor maintenance. It's a busy store, so there's no excuse not to invest in some restoration and replacement of fixtures.

Customer Service is just very below standards. The cashier was so rude to me because she was having trouble working the debit machine. She through my food on the counter, didn’t call my number or nothing. I waited to see her interaction with the next customer and let’s just say she had a totally different attitude. These companies are losing so much money from hiring employees like this.
