Snobby and ignorant employee told me i never added cheese to my sandwich.. i told her/him/they that i did order it with cheese. all the Mcdonalds gang quickly had to comment and say i was wrong just to support their rude friend. Its too early for this kind of bs. Disappointed because I go there for breakfast after work in the mornings and now i probably wont. That person shouldn’t work the drive thru.. maybe fries or pickles detail.
I had 15 minutes before I needed to be somewhere. I figured McDonald's would be the quickest. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, small fry, small sprite. Got the sprite when I paid. Got asked to pull into a spot to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. Saw a guy bring out my order and give it to another person in the mobile order pickup. The guy recognized it wasn't his order. Employee went directly inside without the bag, and never came back out. After 20 minutes, I just left. Horrible, horrible service.
