Food is constantly wrong. This time, they forgot an entire 5 dollar sandwich in our order. Fries regularly cold. People are nice, but the food is sub par
I waited 15 minutes for my food. I asked someone behind the counter if this was normal and immediately sense her contempt for my question. I asked to speak to a manger (Carmen, in this case). She turned out to be just as rude, interrupting as she went. I told here my order number had not been shown recently on the Now Serving screen or even on the In Process screen, visible from the ordering area. I though maybe my order had been mistakenly taken by another customer. I've experienced rude customer service here before so I'm guessing it's how they train people.
The slowest drive thru EVER and the worst laid out parking lot. If you park here you aren’t getting out easily.
