McDonald's

The dining area was filthy & the bathroom seemed like it had never been cleaned. There were 4 employees placing food for themselves at the register & the Mgr was serving food. They got my order wrong 3 times. That store needs a new manager.

I'm at this location right now 7:20 on 8/2. Had time to kill so I brought my daughter here for a happy meal. The entire dining room (every table) is dirty. Figured I came after a rush so I went to get napkins to put sanitizer on to wipe our table down. All 3 hand sanitizer stations are empty and so is the napkin dispenser. I ended up getting toilet paper from the bathroom to try to clean the table but couldn't find sanitizer in the bathroom either so I went to the counter to ask an employee to spray my toilet paper with sanitizer so I could just clean our table. The most annoying part is the attitude of the employees. I stood at the counter and was ignored by every single staff member behind the counter....like they all looked at me and looked the other way. Finally I said excuse me and got a girls attention. I asked her to spray my toilet paper so I could do the staffs job and clean our table. She was actually very nice and came out and cleaned the entire dining room. With the excepti

Order was incorrect, manager acted like it was my fault that the person taking it didn't get it right. She wasted time going though the system looking for my receipt instead of taking the money I had in my hand to correct the mistake. They acted like I was attempting to scam them out of food or something. Had an attitude and made me wait for my order. Oh, and I was overcharged via a-la-carte itemization for all items in a large quarter meal. To add insult to injury the burger was basically raw. Other customers had similar issues and were complaining. This location needs a management shake up.
