Last two times I tried to order on the app after work I get to this location and they tell me it's cash only. I say I ordered on the app already and they charged me, but they say they'll refund me, but it always takes them HOURS. Now my app is tied up and won't let me order from another location because it thinks I have an order in progress. If this is a consistent thing why are you not turning off the mobile app? Why is this location cash only from 12am-3am?
Rachel the person who works nights, everytime you go to order food she tells you one second when nobody is by the window, she purposely holds the line up because they move slow and don’t want the timer to show long wait times. Someone needs to not let her work the window or pack food. Extremely inefficient and slowww.
Just like every other McDonald's you go to the only difference is the people behind the counter and the people in line with you or 3rd and pike its bunch of mental issues and drugs its never a dole moment on here next time ill have pictures
