Walk in kiosk order took 30 plus minutes to prepare for two meals talked to multiple employees on what happened nobody knows anything even the manager. No receipt was given even when I asked and no free items was offered for the horrible wait. Bad management!
All I know is I expect at least for my food to be somewhat fresh my apple pie literally taste like it's been in the box for months let alone there was clearly a sticker on the side where the expiration date is suppose to be which was removed clearly if your gonna give people expired food at least get rid of evidence ???? y'all wild and when I tried to call to speak with someone no answer I just wanted something sweet ughhh
They horrible for late night service, they are extremely slow, some nights they will say they are closed when clearly I ordered from the app and it took my money!!! So when I said I was going to send emails they quickly opened up and gave me my food. During the day time they are great but the overnight crew is terrible!!!
